A VERY FINE TAXIDERMY LINNEAUS' TWO-TOED SLOTH (CHOLOEPUS DIDACTYLUS) LABELLED FOR ROWLAND WARD (1848-1912)

 

Possibly early 20th century

The gentle expressed animal hanging from a single branch sprouting from the base, covered in leaves, part of a label to the bottom stating The Jungle Piccadilly Circus.
